About Beyond Infinity Therapy

2262323713Welcome!

If you’re here, chances are you’re a parent looking for someone who truly gets it: the meltdowns, the endless energy, the quiet (and not-so-quiet) worries that keep you up at night.

You want more than anything to help your child thrive, but you feel like you’re out of options and don’t know where to turn.

I see you.

I’m not just a therapist; I’m also a mom of two amazing kids with ADHD, so I know firsthand how wild, wonderful, and sometimes challenging this journey can be.

About Img 2What therapy with me feels like…

For kids…

Picture a cozy room filled with warmth, colorful pillows, and shelves of toys, games, and sensory-friendly tools.

This is where kids can be kids, messy feelings and all.

Whether they’re drawing big emotions on paper, solving puzzles, or just talking about what’s on their mind, therapy is a space where they can feel safe, seen, and celebrated for exactly who they are.

For parents…

Our time together might involve laughter, venting, tears, and those magical moments when it all starts to click.

My approach is rooted in compassion, practical strategies, and a deep understanding of what it’s like to parent neurodivergent children.

I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and guide you toward tools that work for your family.

Therapy isn’t just about fixing problems; it’s about building resilience, confidence, and connection.

With kids, that might look like learning how to name and manage their emotions or practicing social skills in creative ways.

For parents, it’s often about finding new ways to communicate, setting healthy boundaries, and giving yourself permission to breathe.

We celebrate small wins here: a meltdown that lasts five minutes instead of ten, a bedtime without a battle, or a moment of joyful connection that reminds you why this journey is SO worth it.

When we start working together, you’ll see that therapy doesn’t always look the way you imagined.

Sure, we’ll talk through challenges, but we’ll also laugh, get creative, and even play.

You might be surprised by how much growth happens in seemingly simple moments – a breakthrough during a game or a piece of artwork that expresses what words can’t.

For parents, there are surprises, too… like the realization that progress often starts with your own growth and self-compassion. I’ll give you insights and strategies that help you feel more grounded and confident, even when life gets chaotic.

Over several months of therapy…

It becomes a journey of transformation. Kids build emotional awareness, confidence, and skills to navigate their challenges.

They start showing up in new ways – at school, at home, and within themselves.

Parents often report feeling lighter, more empowered, and better equipped to handle the ups and downs of daily life.

Together, we create a toolbox filled with practical strategies and meaningful insights that support your entire family’s well-being.

You’ve found the solution you’ve been looking for.

Finally!

When you’re here, you’ll get the authenticity, compassion, and actionable steps you need to make life better for you, your child, and your whole family.

It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress.

If this sounds like the kind of space you and your child need, I’d love to connect. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone – I’m here to help.

About Aigner Fells, MS, LPC

AdminCue the reality TV intro…

I’m a Peloton-riding, Apple-product-obsessed, candle-loving multitasker who also happens to be a dedicated child and family therapist.

I’m a proud boy mom, dog mom, and partner to an incredible husband. Our life is beautifully chaotic – full of joy, messiness, and unexpected moments that keep things interesting.

Like the families I work with, I’m always evolving – learning, growing, and finding creative ways to navigate life’s curveballs.

Here’s the bigger picture…

My Mission

I’m here to empower children and families to navigate their unique journeys with compassion, resilience, and joy.

I believe every child has a voice worth hearing and a light worth celebrating, and I’m passionate about helping families thrive through understanding, connection, and healing.

My Story

I became a therapist because I wanted to be a guide for kids and families facing tough challenges.

Growing up, I witnessed firsthand how love, communication, and a little creativity can transform struggles into strength. Those early experiences shaped my passion for mental health advocacy and my deep desire to help others.

Over the years, I’ve worked in government agencies, hospitals, schools, group homes, and nonprofits – each experience enriching my understanding of the diverse needs of children and families. Through it all, I’ve learned one powerful truth: healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and accepted just as we are.

My Credentials

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington, DC
  • Certified in Play Therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
  • Extensive experience in government, hospital, school, group home, and nonprofit settings

When I’m not in the therapy room…

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me riding my Peloton, lighting a new candle, or geeking out over the latest Apple gadget.

As a Christian, my faith grounds me and fuels my passion for service.

And as a mom to two boys (with ADHD, just like their awesome mom), I truly understand the joy and chaos of parenting.

I can’t wait to meet you!

If you’re ready to find hope, healing, and harmony in your family, I’m here to walk alongside you.

We’ll navigate the challenges and celebrate the wins… because your family deserves to thrive.
