Norika Lewis works with parents, children, and military families navigating anxiety, school stress, big emotions, and life transitions. She helps families create space to feel seen, supported, and hopeful, offering guidance without requiring them to have all the answers.

Norika supports her clients using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and play therapy, paired with a warm and gentle presence. She provides a safe environment where growth feels possible, empowering both parents and children to feel understood, supported, and capable on their journey.

Whether addressing parenting concerns, anxiety, or major life changes, Norika creates a compassionate space where individuals and families can take the first step toward meaningful change and lasting support.

Alexis serves as the Practice Manager at Beyond Infinity Counseling and is a proud single mother based in Arizona. She plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, ensuring schedules stay organized, billing processes are handled accurately, and patients feel supported throughout their experience. With a background as an executive assistant, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her energetic son, who is almost three, and unwinding with a good book. She believes that when a team feels supported, patients receive the thoughtful, compassionate care that makes Beyond Infinity Counseling stand out.
